Just unboxed my new Jackery SolarGenerator 2000+. Packaging is superb. Very easy to understand instructions. Was plugged in and charging within just minutes, literally. I am happy to have this for safety and security. I plan to add more battery and solar units as budget allows.

I like the fact that the panels are interchangeable with my smaller Jackerys. I also love the fact that it can be used as a battery backup. I bought this on a black Friday special and was supposed to get a discount and never did. I do feel like a did get a little ripped off.

It works great. No problems getting it charged and up and running. Have not installed the transfer switch yet. I would definitely recommend the Jackery systems that you have.

This device is the perfect companion to my 1500. Grab and go with the 1500, and 2000 Plus for power outages. Love that it’s expandable and I definitely plan to take advantage. The app is nice, simple, and not invasive. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I have not yet had an occasion to test my Jackery equipment, but I am pleased to say that I received it in a relatively short time from my order and it arrived, well packaged, and in good condition. I npowered up the unit to make sure that it was "alive" and it did respond, indicating a charge level of 28/5, Somewhere in the literature, I have read that Lithium batteries do not like to be stored for long periods of time at a low charge, so I utilized the 125volt wall plug cable and charged the unit to 100%,

I live in the South and ice storms= power outages, so I may get a chance to use it this winter. I bought it for that reason, primarily, and also for use on camping trips. My 4 star rating is only becuase I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. If it performs as expected, that rating would be a 5 star one.
