Couldn't ask for better

I am a senior and after being without power because of Hurricane Helene, I started researching generators to power the important parts of my home. I purchased the 2000 plus and two extra batteries. I am so pleased with how it all came together, how powerful yet space saving it is. Also when I had a question, customer service was very quick to respond. I couldn't have asked for better.

Great Products

Subpar support. The people are nice enough, unfortunately understanding what the problem can be challenging. In my case, I have literally been going back-and-forth every day for a month and still no answer to a simple question
