Big power, small size

This thing is awesome! It’s the same WH and peak wattage as my Bluetti AC200P, but it’s 20% smaller and 20lbs lighter. It also charges great off a single solar panel unlike my other one. The Bluetooth monitoring and control is awesome and the unit seems to be more efficient. I’ve had zero issues and am really happy

Customers service is slow, and not very well designed to answer questions. I have had 12 -1 4 emails back nd forth about my 5000 plus....my second one....with many problems..will not set to NEVER on save mode, freezes and the ac output stop woking and will not work until I reboot....and aI van talk to ANYONE to discuss the problem....he back and forth is always o a different (or untrained person) s you do get consistent help or a focus on you product.

Jackery DC Extension Cable NOT for jackery Solar Panel

I could have missed something but I bought this Jackery DC Extension Cable for my Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus and the SolarSaga 100 Mini Jackery Solar panel expecting this extension cord to fit. It does not Fit this solar panel's cable. It would be nice if Jackery put more effort into product Details and updates on their website.

Jackery what can you do to help me with this?

(I do find the Explore 1000 plus to be pretty awesome!)
