Jackery DC Extension Cable for Solar Panel

Goes from my solar panel to my spliter on one 8020 port the other for my charger 1 and again I love Jackery

I purchased the Jackery 2000 Plus Power Station to replace the gas 5000w gas powered inverter that I used to run my 5th wheel which I’m living in temporarily through the winter and spring.
This power station is not only capable of running heat, appliances, light and outlets but is a quick recharge, especially when plugging in on cloudy days. I live in a very windy, high desert area and so mostly use solar saga panels which are able to recharge the power station while keeping up with daytime electrical usage. I accidentally smashed one of the connector cables for the solar panels and so I’ve only had use of one for the last couple of weeks. I contacted customer support and let them know of my mistake and asked about sending it back for a credit toward a new one or if I just needed to order a new one as I made the mistake? I had a prompt response within 24 hours that they would be more than happy to send me a new cable and ask for my shipping address. Not only were they efficient in the response time but super helpful and willing to replace my cable free of charge for my damage. I can’t say enough about the power generator and its functions and abilities or the wonderful customer support that I’ve received a few times that I’ve called in or emailed. I don’t think I would ever go back to gas for my generator/inverter needs, and when it comes to solar, I will be at Jackery customer for life. Thank you

I haven't had the need use my Jackery yet. It was a very fast delivery and easy to assemble. We plan to give a test soon to make sure we are comfortable with it.
