Jackery Battery Pack 5000 Plus

These batteries seem built solid and a convenient size. Adding a couple of these units to the Jacker Explorer 5000 Plus (JEP) is a great option for flexibility on battery capacity and in sizes that are manageable for moving. My one complaint is that the expansion cable comes in only one size which limits the placement of the battery in relation to the JEP unit. If you purchase the Smart Transfer Switch and two JEP units to connect with it it can be challenging to get all of the units placed within the cable limitations especially if your main breaker box is in a smaller closet. It would be helpful if there were options to purchase expansion cables that were 3 to 6 feet long so you could get the batteries a little further away from the JEP units when trying to organize in tight or odd shaped locations.

Extremely well built with excellent power storage capability. Each battery pack provides 5kwh. We have enough back up power for 3-5 days and will expand so we have 10-14 days. Jackery is the best available.
