    • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
      wall outlet.

    • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

    • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
      method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
      app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
      will blink at an increased pace

    • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
      Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

    • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
      and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
      outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
      unable to charge or discharge.

    Very very portable power station. Can now power toaster or coffee k cup machine while camping/boon docking. Recharges super fast in AC outlet, with 100 watt panel takes longer but possible. Great addition to the 300 plus which already have. Being able to monitor the stations in one app is so helpful.

    Product seems good / Not happy with purchase on web site

    The product seems good. Website very confusing. Looking at one model and info changes to a different model with similar name. What I thought I was getting wasn't what I got. Amazon had better prices with the options I wanted. Ordered late at night thru Jackery Website and when order completed realized the error. Web site said call in the morning, which I did 3 min after opening. "Send an email" I'm told, which I did promptly. I was shipped product then email was answered. Had I known I wasn't getting what I wanted I would have canceled the order and ordered what I wantedit thru Amazon. 2nd email NEVER answered by customer service
    DISAPPOINTED in Customer Service! I hope the product works better than the service.

    My new Jackery is an income saver.

    I work remotely, so am dependent on having power to my devices every day, seven days a week, year round. When the power goes out for extended periods (not often, but often enough) and weather permits, I can take a laptop to the coffee shop. But when snow and ice make me a shut-in with no power, I can now plug into the Jackery. Life is good.
