Can I jump start my vehicle with it?

Regarding your inquiry, the Explorer 290 Plus cannot be used to directly jump-start a vehicle like a dedicated jump starter. It is not designed to provide the instant high-amperage surge (200A or more) typically required to crank an engine.
However, the Explorer 290 Plus can be used to recharge a compatible 12V lead-acid automotive battery. You may follow these steps:
Connect a 12V automotive battery charging cable with alligator clips to the 12V DC carport on the Explorer 290 Plus.
Connect the alligator clips to the vehicle's 12V battery, ensuring the connections are secure and correctly positioned.
Allow the Explorer 290 Plus to charge the vehicle battery for approximately 15–30 minutes or longer, depending on the battery's condition.
Once the vehicle battery has recovered sufficient charge, disconnect the charging cable and try starting the vehicle normally.
Please note that charging time may vary depending on the vehicle battery's condition and capacity.
