The manual transfer switch works great as designed.

Last February, around Valentines Day, we lost power for 30 hours following a snowstorm. It got really cold! We all felt like we were in suspended animation! We have a gas furnace, not that many watts are required to keep it running. But we had nothing. Tears came to my eyes (but didn't freeze on contact!) when we shut off the power, flipped the manual transfer switch and then heard the furnace roar to life. Thanks, Jackery!

This was a great addition and pretty simple installation made easy by the great online videos by Reliance, the box manufacturer. The product is top quality, though make sure you can mount it very close to your panel. With only 4 ft. Of wire you might find yourself short if not mounted very close.

I purchased the manual transfer switch to enable my Jackery 4000 solar gen. It arrived quickly and was easy for my electrician to install and test. My switch arrived in two packages on different days. Jackery could do a better job of communicating the split shipment and what each shipment contained.

The Reliance transfer switch is well designed and easy to install.

The switch cover door won’t stay closed, so I have to tape it shut.

Had an electrician install it last night and it went very quickly. The electrician commented it was a pretty simple install. I hope I don’t need it anytime soon, but glad it’s there

Awesome product

The Jackery manual transfer switch is a very high quality item and I installed it to my main breaker panel with no difficulties. The transfer switch box came with a heavy duty plug cable for connection of the Jackery 2000 plus station to the switch box. There are on line installation instructions for the DIYer, but I would contact a professional electrician if this project is out of your league. Great product.

While I have not had the opportunity to use the generator yet, customer service is exceptional!

It seems if the wind blows with any force lately the power goes out.Tired of siting in the dark and losing the contents o the freezer we decided we had to do something. Jackery as the answer. We are ready for that next storm.

It is a great system to setup and use for back up power at home or RV in case SHTF but other than setting it up to see how it works we haven’t had to use it fully yet with no power outages for us.

As far as the solar panels go they seem flimsy with only 2 supports as 3 are needed. If there is any wind they would be knocked over.
The solar panel connecting cord instructions were unclear and we had to order the box that join 2 connecting cords to each the 2 inputs on the back of the generator. We had to call tech support for more information and instructions. Jackery support were helpful when able to reach by phone or email.
Love that the generator is on wheels and easy to move.

I have not yet had the full experience of utilizing the solar generator system, solar panel charging, etc.
I was quite disappointed to find when reading the reference materials, that I cannot run my (2) 200 watt SolarSaga panels and my (1) 500 watt solarsaga panel at the same time…….. Sure would have been nice to know that before dropping a ton more money……. I try to be the best consumer that I can be, to include reading all available literature prior to purchase. Definitely did not come across that info until the unboxing of my system. If this info is incorrect, I would love an answer as well. This seems to have been a great deal, and I have been researching manufactures of portable and backup power for a minute. That said, this was not a small cost or purchase for my family in any way, to find out later that I cannot use all of the purchased system at once………

Unfortunately, it was not quite what I needed for my situation, but a beautiful product nicely designed beautifully packaged.

I put this in for times of uncertainty! Perhaps the grid may go down or other unforescene events or circumstances. Works great! I installed two transfer boxes and have two Jackery 2000 Plus with 6000 W for each unit. It will power most everything!
