    Exactly what I need.

    I purchased this just before the big winter storm. While we were not negatively affected by the ice and snow, we had peace of mind and a 'Plan B'. Quality is top notch, customer service is wonderful, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

    Perfect for power outages

    I got this Jackery because I live in the mountains where we lose power all of the time. During the last snow storm, we lost power for a few days! I do not have phone signal at my house so I rely heavily on WiFi. During the power outage, I was able to plug in my router to stay connected, charge my devices, and even use my blender. The battery is long lasting and I used it for two days without having to go to my car to recharge. Charging is fast. Highly recommend!

    It was a great deal on great products! Arrived quickly and packaged very well. The units work and kept our furnace fan running for 6 hours. The communication was excellent when there was a question.

    The best of the best for its price and size.

    I feel a lot more comfortable, knowing that I have this at my home for when we have power outages. I wish there was a little more instructions as far as how long it would last for an air fryer a microwave a coffee maker. I also noticed it doesn't come with a Car charger adapter which I'll now have to buy the charge it in the car.
