We currently offer free delivery to the contiguous US excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Fee & Time

Please note that after an order is placed, it takes 1-2 days to process/fulfill and transit time may vary and take up to 5 business days for delivery via FedEx.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping service due to the fact that our generators contain lithium-ion batteries that are not permitted on planes and can only be transported via ground shipment. In the event of harsh weather conditions, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Shipping Carrier

We use FedEx as our carrier for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact FedEx: 1-800-463-3339.

Shipping Address

Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery. Once your order has been placed, changing your address is no longer possible.

If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you.

Please note addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

Shipping Information

Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.

Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it will be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 5-7 days for you to receive your order. Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled before it's shipped. You'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully canceled. However, if the product you ordered has been shipped out, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. Please contact us via email hello@jackery.com for a return and refund once you receive it.
