    a bargain for a high-quality constructed renewed unit

    Yes, I would not pay the retail price of $249 this panel band new. However, with the current discount (September 2024) of 40% off, this is a great deal. The 'renewed' panel appears / functions as 'like new'. This is a high quality constructed bifacial panel. In my opinion, better constructed than the folding 100W or 200W Jackery panels. Not too bulky and not too heavy.
