      There is a difference in battery performance after 1000 cycles (80%) and 2000 cycles (70%).

    Exceptional service and an exceptionally well-designed product line.

    I took advantage of Jackery’s Easter sale and purchased a 1500 Pro along with a 200W refurbished solar panel. A week later I coupled that with an additional 200W panel. Hopefully I will be able to recharge my power base in about 4.5 hrs. Everything is first-rate.

    Definite must when you live in a rural area with multiple outages per yr

    Love the Jackery 1500. Just used it this afternoon and evening for my refrigerator during a power outage in WI of around 5 plus hours. The unit went from 99 percent charge to 90 percent. Be sure you turn it off after use or the battery will wear down. Recharging it for possible use again if more trees hit the power lines soon. Had lost the contents of my refrigerator multiple times over the years and worth purchasing.

    Due to a week-long power outage in Oregon’s ice storm event, I was unable to take advantage of Jackery’s sale ~ Jan 13. After power and internet was restored, I emailed Cust Svc and asked if they would still honor the sale price (sale had ended days earlier while power was out). The CSR assured me they would and I ordered the Explorer 1500 Pro. I already own two other Jackery’s- an 1000/290 with panels, bought from Costco two years ago. Those two kept our pellet stove, refrigerator, and CPAP machine functioning during the outage. Next time this happens, we will also use the 1500 for our barn fridge/freezer and various low level lights. Thank you, Jackery! Signed Customer for Life.
