Smart Transfer Switch Installation Guidance

Any certified electrician should be able to install the Jackery Smart Transfer Switch (STS). To simplify the process for our U.S. customers, we’ve partnered with SupTech to provide installation services.

If you prefer to use your own electrician, handle the STS installation yourself (if you are certified), or if your area is beyond SupTech’s service coverage, you may do so at your own expense. We highly recommend contacting SupTech for training and certification before proceeding with the installation. You can also refer to the STS User Guide, and installation videos available on our website.

Once you receive your Jackery 5000 Plus and the STS, please complete the provided questionnaire and contact SupTech to begin the installation process. A SupTech representative will reach out to discuss logistics and service coverage in your area. All matters related to scheduling, on-site surveys, installation, and costs will be managed directly between you and SupTech.

Installation service is limited to designated areas. See T&C for details.

Important Notes:
1. If the electrician's on-site assessment determines that your home is unsuitable for installing the Jackery Smart Transfer Switch (STS) and you need to return the product, the cost of the electrician's evaluation will be borne by the customer.
2 If you opt for our installation service but later decide to return the STS after installation due to dissatisfaction, the installation fees paid will not be refunded. Additionally, any costs associated with the removal of the STS will be the customer's responsibility.
