1. The installation service fee on the official website includes labor costs and materials required to install the STS distribution box within a 2-foot radius of the load center. This does not include:
- Additional material and labor costs resulting from excessive distance or incompatibility between existing circuit breakers and the STS distribution box.
- Permit application fees incurred based on applicable laws and regulations in certain areas.
- The electrician's on-site assessment fee, which may be waived if the electrician assesses the situation as suitable for installation and the customer does not request a refund of the installation service fee.
- Any additional costs will be based on the actual quote from the electrician. The customer is responsible for directly paying the electrician for any additional costs incurred.
During the consultation and booking process, the installer may refuse to accept orders.
2. The installation service includes connecting the Jackery STS distribution box to the existing load center. It does not include connecting energy storage to solar panels or photovoltaic systems. If the customer requests that the installation include wiring for solar panels or photovoltaic systems, the installer reserves the right to refuse to accept the order.
3. The electrician installation is a commercial contractual arrangement, and all contractual responsibilities are fully borne by the user and the electrician, excluding any contractual or other liabilities from Jackery. The electrician is fully responsible for their pricing standards. Jackery is not responsible for any consequences related to the electrician’s installation services.
4. Jackery shall not be responsible for any personal property damage resulting from voluntary installation by the customer if the above installation conditions are not met.
5. Any product issues or defects caused by unauthorized installers shall be fully borne by the resident. The resident shall assume full responsibility for any after-sales service or repairs required due to such unauthorized installation.
6. Jackery assumes no responsibility for any misuse of customer personal information by the electrician (authorized by the user).
7. Jackery reserves the final right of interpretation of the installation service fee.
