    Jackery Explorer 3000 Pro is Fantastic!

    Right on time!
    Ordered the Jackery Explorer 3000 Pro and love it!!! It arrived [2nd one; had to return the 1st one due to Fedex shipping damage] a little before Hurricane Helene hit. It was just what we needed for any and everything chargeable in the house, including the refrigerator!

    It also came with a free Explorer 100 Plus that came in handy for smaller items like cell phones, tablets, usb personal fans, etc. I didn't think we'd get much use out of it, but we did.

    We learned that we needed another 'something' to be the happy medium between the 3000 and 100, so while they're currently having the Pre-Prime sale, I went ahead and ordered the 500. Easier to move around then the 3000, but handles more than the 100.

    I haven't used the solar panels yet due to the need for quick recharging and lack of sunlight during a hurricane. So I can't give an opinion on those yet. I'm recharging via wall outlets.

    I also ordered the transfer switch, which I'll ultimately get an electrician to install, post hurricane.

    Nonetheless, we're pleased with what we've been able to use them for during this time.

    So why the 4 stars? Customer service response time. Not sure where they're located, but there's a lag in responsiveness. What's interesting is that when they do respond via email, they'll also follow-up with emails to say, 'We haven't heard from you in awhile. Is this issue resolved?' Pretty interesting replies when I'm the one actually waiting for a response or responses from them. And I told them so in my replies to those emails. If they're automated emails, they should be sent to the appropriate customer or tailored another way. There were other issues, but I won't list them. At least the product is great, along with having an extended warranty!

    So yes, I'd purchase from them again, already have, and yes, I'm very pleased. Thank you Jackery!!!

    The Jackery 3000 was a great investment for my family. I researched it and other indoor generators. A friend of mine recommended it to. It’s arrived 3 days after purchasing, perfect timing due to the 8 hour power outage that occurred a few days later. I’m grateful it was on sale as well when I purchased it Easy to operate (especially for my elderly mom) We own a gas generator which serves its purpose. I’d highly recommend Jackery products to anyone if it’s within your budget!
