    Great Customer Service

    I started my purchase of the Jackery 3000 Pro late one evening! I had entered payment information and then was pulled away from my computer and completing the transaction! The following morning I realized that I didn’t complete my purchase so I went online and the cash incentive had lowered by hundreds of dollars. I contacted Jackery Sales and they claimed that there was nothing they could do! Disappointed I completed the purchase anyway because I needed the generator and liked the product after doing research. I few days after purchase Jackery followed up with me, I voiced my displeasure about the price increase and they came back to me about refunding the difference! This is exceptional customer service and I will tell everyone about it!! One Happy Customer!!

    Additional power for my RV

    I do a lot of “off the grid” camping in my Class B RV. I purchased the Explorer 3000 to supplement my existing 3000W capacity house batteries, which can be charged by solar, shore power or dedicated alternator. So far I’ve used the Jackery to power my cooking appliances (air fryer, microwave and induction stove) and my electronic devices, which takes the load off of my house batteries. This means I can be “off the grid” for longer periods of time. I’ve only had it for week but I’m impressed so far.

    First Test Was This Past Weekend

    I agree with the man who said he wished he had a design to lock it outside like to our bumper. I had to put it into the truck each night. Leaving it outside all night was not an option. An eye hook of some kind that attached to the inside metal frame? In any case worked great. Looking forward to more adventures. If we had a way of securing it outside all night or all day while gone would have given 5 stars. We will need to build a cage to put it in and then lock to the bumper of the trailer or truck. :(
