My original review, which I can't seem to fine, was a very low rating. I was frustrated because I ordered another cable to connect a send solar panel charger to the generator to charge (the generator was shipped with two panels, but only one cord). I had previously emailed the company and was told they wouldn't be able to refund the purchase I made from their website and that I would need to order the new cord.

Shortly after posting the review, the team from Jackery reached out, verified which cord I needed and sent the new cord at no charge! I still don't see the option to order the cable I need on the website, but I was incredibly thankful to have a way to connect both of my solar panels to the generator to charge.

I haven't used the generator yet, but I bought it for hurricane season, so I am not complaining that I haven't needed it!

Kudos to Jackery for seeing an unhappy customer and reaching out to rectify the situation! I am incredibly happy with the service and the product (I can say charging the generator has been an easy process).
